How Does It Work?
1. Book an Appointment
To get started, choose a date and time that works best for you. Then you will select how many documents needing to be notarized. All we need to confirm your appointment is your full name, email address, and cell phone number. Rest assured that your personal information will be safe and handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
2. Upload Document
Submit your documents to our portal at least 1 hour before your appointment. Once the documents are received, you will be sent an email with a link to access the online notary session. For privacy and security reasons, all documents will be deleted after 24 hours OR after your appointment. (whatever comes first)
3. Meet With Notary
About five minutes before your appointment time, you will be prompted to click on a secure link sent directly to your email address that you provided. Simply upload a photo of valid identification then meet with your online notary. After the notarization is complete your document will be available for instant download.
